The sweeper arrived with a bent frame. Contacted support and they’re sending a replacement part, but it’s going to take three weeks. Kind of frustrating since fall cleanup waits for no one.

Built like a tank. I use it weekly during leaf season and it handles everything—pine needles, twigs, dry grass. Hopper dumps cleanly with the pull lever. No regrets buying this.
